This month, Milan welcomes the world’s first Bottega home boutique. High-end fashion brand has expanded its foothold in Milan with a new maison in addition to the brand’s flagship. Located in the luxury fashion capital, the store comprises two floors in an 18th-century building – Milan’s Palazzo Gallarati Scotti. The new boutique, inspired by Milanese history houses Bottega’s luxurious home collection designed by the brand’s Creative Director, Tomas Maier.
Spread across 2,206 sq ft, the store features the brand’s collection of furnishings, lighting, and tabletop accessories. They are surrounded by purposefully unrestored frescoed walls, which were painted by 18th-century artists Carlo Innocenzo Carlone and Giovanni Battista Tiepolo.
Taking pride in the launch of this boutique, Creative Director Tomas Maier says, “In the heart of Milan, I wanted to create an intimate discreet destination for clients to be able to immerse themselves in the Italian art de vivre of Bottega Veneta. The Bottega Veneta home collection is dedicated to those who are drawn to understated luxurious furnishings crafted with the finest materials.”
