That creativity and artistic freedom have no limits, showed BMW Motorrad Japan, which not only represents and sells motorcycles from Bavarian manufacturer for the Japanese market, but also create their own unique copies. Motorcycle that we present, is constructed under the auspices of Ignite Straight Six project. As a basis for the design served the bike and frame from model K 1600 GTL. Two artists, Kenji Nagai from the Ken’s Factory and the Keiji Kawakita from Hot-Dock Custom-Cycles, are professionals in this business, and both artists / engineers are specialized in creating custom bikes and unique copies.
As they both say, their desire was to make a homage to the six-cylinder BMW’s 1649 cc engine.
The bike is named Juggernaut (Jagannate), and is described as a combination of Mad Max and Jules Verne’s fantasy. We absolutely agree in the description and think that this is one of the few ideas with character, which appeals even to those who are not fans of motorcycles. The bike has a minimalist design and a large number of components made of aluminum. This motorcycle can boast with unique wheel diameters 23 inches front and 20 inches in the back.
