Akon, the R&B/hip-hop singer and record producer, has listed his home in Woodland Hills at $3,5 million. He purchased the house last September for $1.95 million and fully renovated it an all-white wonderland. This is the same house where he celebrated his birthday this year.
The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom house is complitely white. The residence spans an area of 4,098 square feet on two floors. There’s three firepits, a heated pool with a beach entry and spa, an in-house music studio, a bar and a dramatically lit payphone. The house also has three-car garage.
