Bem’s Wireless Speaker Trio System
First announced back in November, and unveiled at CES a couple weeks ago, the Speaker Trio system from Bem Wireless are now available on sale for price of $299.
Three small Bluetooth-enabled speakers that can be wirelessly connected to one another bring music to multiple rooms simultaneously. The speakers are meant to be placed in different rooms, for the overall experience of music all over the house, so it’s ideal for parties. They come with a base, which emits a wireless signal to the three speakers, so you can control the speakers from the same iPhone, iPad or other Bluetooth-enabled device. Each speaker has up to 120 feet of wireless range which gives plenty of options for finding the perfect location.
The speakers should last for six hours between charges before they need to recharge. To charge the speakers, all you have to do is return the speakers to the base, which has three metal contacts, one for each speaker.
The speaker set sports a sleek and modern design, and each speaker measures 6 inches x 6 inches, making them easy to move without hassle. The bottom of each speaker will also glow to indicate different statuses to users, such as when the speakers are ready for use, and when they’re charging.
The Bem isn’t the only wireless speaker system on the market, but it is the first one to offer this level of functionality at the $299 price.
