Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich must be feeling optimistic about the new year. He is reportedly flying in the Black Eyed Peas to perform at his New Year’s Eve party. Earlier this month Mr Abramovich took delivery of the Eclipse, the world’s largest private yacht.
But the Chelsea owner has decided to hold his party on land, as he did last year. The Russian billionaire owns a $90 million), 70-acre estate on the Caribbean island and the hip hop band will perform for guests seeing in 2011 there. Despite the stunning yacht Eclipse, with the well known anti-paparazzi shield,he picked his St. Bart’s property that spots swimming pools, pavilions and bungalows that provides ocean views for guests.
Mr Abramovich also saw in 2010 with a New Year party on St Bart’s for 250 guests including Orlando Bloom, Jay-Z, Kanye West and Lindsay Lohan. Beyoncé performed and the cost of the party was estimated at several million pounds.
