BMW has released teaser images of a limited edition M3 for the United States. While details are scarce, the car appears to wear Frozen Gray matte paint and 19-inch wheels from the ZCP/Competition Package. Inside, the cabin is outfitted with two-tone red/black leather upholstery and plenty of M badging.

Doing their best to keep anxious fans on the edge of their seat, BMW is withholding precious details of this upcoming model for Thursday (June 17), only giving us three teaser shots in the interim. The photos also show BMW’s double-clutch automatic transmission, so we can count on a likely special tuned automatic for even crisper shifts, should BMW decide to up the ante in the performance department on this model.
But all the speculations will finally be laid to rest tomorrow when this car will released. The full reveal will be taking place before the end of the week so stay tuned for an update.
