The second LA location of Petrossian caviar debuted few days ago at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX. Newly opened Petrossian’s Champagne and caviar bar offers travelers a geniune way to relieve stress of flight! Among wide range of top shelf champagne and over 20 vodkas paired with the company’s famous caviar, travelers can order a carry-on picnic pack called “Caviar in the Air”, just in case they need relaxation in the air. The pack includes includes a choice of caviar – such as Tsar Imperial Ossetra – blinis and crème fraîche in an insulated carry-on Petrossian pouch and for that pleasure, they have to pay $205.50 to $1,581.50.
While you’re on the ground, you can enjoy sipping a 2002 Louis Roederer “Cristal” Rose Champagne for $1,120; Beluga Gold Line Vodka for $33 a glass (the vodka is served in flutes, not shot glasses), or its Petrossian signature caviar martini ($18) which includes a caviar-stuffed olive and caviar “cube.”
On the manu, you can also find a Tsar Imperial caviar trio, including 30 grams each of Tsar Imperial Kaluga, Tsar Imperial Ossetra and Tsar Imperial Siberian. Other caviar delicacies offered to awake your senses are deviled eggs- blini with caviar and trout, pike and salmon roe, hand-sliced smoked salmon, a smoked trout platter and caviar flatbread. Prices are $19 (for blini with roe) to $725 (for the Tsar Imperial trio).
