Once again, Céline Dion has reduced the price of her Florida estate, this time to $38.5 million. It is quite saving in comparison to the price of $45 million from 2016 or huge saving compared to the starting price of $72 million from 2013.
However, the estate sits on five-and-a-half acres of ocean frontage and has in total 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. There are five individual pavilions stationed around the pools and two guest houses.
Actually, there are three pools.According to the listing, the property boasts the water park, built for the couple’s children, which includes two slides, a bridge over a lazy river, a tree house and eight water cannons. Next to the tennis court, which doubles as a basketball court, a tennis pavilion contains a gym and a golf simulator.
A news release from Sotheby’s described the property as a “bespoke estate that will appeal to the most discriminate of buyers.”
The singer is selling because she now lives primarily in Las Vegas, where her Caesars Palace show contract has been extended until 2019, and the home is “not being used.”
