The most expensive bottle of Aurum Red Gold series is on sale at a price of €25,000.
Ozone therapy has been used in recent yearsfor the treatment of many diseases such as cancer, AIDS, artistry and Alzheimer’s. The most expensive bottle of Aurum Red gold series is produced using an alternative treatment used to treat some cancers.
Aurum Red gold series is produced in a series of only 300 bottles of which each is vintage thanks to the use of Tempranillo grapes from wineries over 100 years old.
Ozone therapy is used to enrich the water that irrigates vines with oxygen, thus allowing only the cleanest water to be free of any infections and fungi, hydrates the vines.
They say that ozone therapy is recommended in patients suffering from many severe illnesses. Spanish wine-maker Hilario Garcia has a different approach than most when it comes to wine production in its vineyards of La Mancha.
He leaves just a single cluster of grapes on a vine before applying the ozone therapy.
He said: “The application of ozone in the irrigation water helps eliminate root fungus and bacteria harmful to the development of the plant.
“It also oxygenates the earth and the plant, which means there is no limit to its growth.
“We remove some of the branches, leaves and grapes, leaving just the one cluster.
“This allows the plant to direct all its efforts to that cluster, achieving what we believe is exquisite quality.”
Like a potential medical benefit, a unique wine can remain open for weeks without losing all its properties. Garcia added: “Each bottle is placed in a special box of gold accompanied by a gold medal.”
