One of the world’s most unique residential properties, nestled in Prescott, Arizona has just hit the market, priced at $2,8 million. Its uniqueness is reflected in the fact that the house is North America’s tallest single-family home. The 124 feet home is known as Falcon Nest, and it’s built on the slope of Thumb Butte. The nine stories house has unobstructed views including Mingus Mountain, San Francisco Peaks the City of Prescott and the Boulders.
The residence, built in 1994 was designed by its owner, Sukumar Pal, a Phoenix architect who specializes in energy-efficient homes. Since then, it has been featured on HGTV’s Extreme Homes.
“This is one of those homes that appeals to very wealthy people who are looking for unusual one-of-a-kind homes,” said Jack Norm Ray, manager of The Ray Team who officialy listed the home. “We’re thinking it will probably be a millionaire looking to add to his or her collection of exotic homes.”
