With Dallara’s help, Indiana-based Global Caravan Technologies built the CR-1 Carbon almost entirely out of–you guessed it–carbon fiber, the same used for the preparation of formula and a Boeing 787.
Trailer labeled CR-1 Carbon, is equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. It is made in a factory in Speedway, Indiana which is located near the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway – home to the annual Indy 500 race.
CR-1 Carbon is 35ft long, 10ft 8″ tall, 8ft wide and weighs a staggering 6,500lbs. However, there is room for everything to make you feel like you’re luxury 5-star suite.
There’s a spacious room to sleep six people and seat eight, full-height closets, a walk-through master bath, and a large entertainment/lounge area in the back that can double as a workstation. It also features 700 watt solar power system, integrated generator, run-flat tires, adjustable tint privacy glass, a washer/dryer, wi-fi router, a smart control platform compatible with phones, laptops and iPads, which controls and monitors all the electrical units and satellite TV.
According to the Daily Mail, the twin-axle CR-1 took seven months to design and build a workable prototype.
