British action star Jason Statham has recently sold his home in Hollywood Hills for $2,7 million. The house came on the market in May at $2,749,000 and was in escrow within a week. Popular actor had bought that very architecturally modern and posh home in 2005 for $2,4 million.
The 1957 building has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The 2,280 sq ft single-storey house has been described as reminiscent of the Glass House by Philip Johnson. It has floor-to-ceiling glass walls at the back that open to a pool and seating area. Statham had also bought and then sold a two-bedroom condo in downtown Los Angeles in 2009, and then bought a five-bedroom beach house in Malibu for $10.95 million.
According to the Daily Mail, Statham, 43 is currently building a new dream home in the same neighborhood for himself and longtime girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
