The Star, who’s currently expecting her second baby with boyfriend Eric Johnson, initially buy this house for $5,275,052. It boasts five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, was decorated by Shabby Chic Couture’s Rachel Ashwell, koi pond, ebonized hardwood floors, high ceilings in part of the house, a restaurant-style kitchen, a stone courtyard and all of this on 5,500 square-foot Beverly Hills estate.
The place has quite a celebrity pedigree. Ellen DeGeneres bought it in 2001 and sold it in 2003 to Hollywood manager Rick Yorn. If you have the money for the estate, your neighbors will be Kimora Lee Simmons, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman.
