Luxury yacht Hemisphere is the largest sailing catamaran in the world. Burgess, the owner of this magnificent 145-foot (44,2m) luxury yacht have donated a charter package worth about $245,000 for 10 to 12 lucky sailing enthusiasts, which will have a chance to bid for it, during live auction at this year’s fifth anniversary of Oceana’s Summer SeaChange party.

The winning bidder will have an incredible opportunity to spend 8 Days/7 nights in the Caribbean, and explore and dive in some of the most beautiful waters on the planet, and enjoy in Hemisphere’s innovative design, which is perfect for accessing shallow, secluded coves. This winning charter trip will come with a crew of 10, complete with a gourmet chef and state-of-the-art accommodations. Captain Gavin Bladen, who boasts of 8 years diving experience in these waters, will take care of creating a custom cruising itinerary for the charterer. Two PADI certified dive instructors on board and a dive center are also included.
There are a bunch of other interesting toys, such as snorkelling equipment, a brand new 54ft custom sportfisher, a 27ft Scorpion tender, wake boards, paddleboards, a professional diving board, a trampoline, kayaks, windsurfing equipment, Seadoo water scooters, mountain bikes, Seabobs and other inflatable toys and towables! The 54’ Custom Shadow Boat tender can be used for guest excursions and diving trips.
When guests get tired of water adventures, they can relax in the state-of the-art accommodations, including generous sun-pads for sunbathing and scenery viewing, spacious Jacuzzi-fitted flybridge and an ultra-modern interior, which has been outfitted with open spaces for outdoor exposure, five guest cabins, master suite, large plasma screens and Wi-Fi. The 490-horsepower caterpillar engines will cruise guests at 12 knots of speed.
Hemisphere was designed by naval architects Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost and constructed by leading superyacht builders Pendennis. Interiors were designed by Michael Leach Design. She received a Judge’s Commendation 2012 World Super Yacht Awards happening this May in Istanbul and shortlisted in five categories in the 2012 Show Boat Design awards this June in Monaco.
