As is fitting, the top sports event deserves the premium drink. Luxury drink, Moët & Chandon will be the official champagne of the US Open, the largest sporting competition in the world. The champagne maker will sponsor an on-site suite at the tennis competition which will be held in Queens, New York.
Together with the USTA, Moët & Chandon, the champagne of success and glamour since 1743, will offer a number of luxurious and charitable elements to tournament guests as well as to those cheering on the tournament stars from their homes. Celebrity guests will be rotating in and out of the Moët & Chandon suite to sign Magnums of Champagne, that are adorned with a crystal US Open logo and these will later be auctioned off. The money raised through their Cheers for the Champions charitable program will benefit the United States Tennis Association Serves, which raises money for children with disabilities.
In addition to bringing a level of sophistication to the tournament, Moët & Chandon will also engage the fans through charitable efforts, a Facebook promotion, US Open screenings at select New York City restaurants, and a public auction of celebrity signed magnums of champagne.
The limited edition crystallized bespoke US Open flame magnum ($199,99) and 187 ml mini ($35,99) with bouncing ball are available for on MY MOET.
