What do you think about watching premieres at home while they’re still in the theater? It sounds awesome, and is possible now. Thanks to PRIMA Cinema, you will be able to watch a movie in the comfort of your own private home theater the very same day the movie is released at the local Cineplex. Designed in California and built in the USA, the PRIMA Cinema system can be mounted on a rack for easy use. Movies download automatically to its hard drive in the background so they’re already there when the owner chooses to unlock them for viewing.
PRIMA can hold up to 50 2D or 3D movies. Each movie will cost $500 per viewing ($600 for 3D). The stored movies are available for additional views as long as the movie is in wide release at the Box Office. It also has built-in 3D support, which apparently gives the picture and sound better than your Blu-ray. It even has the separate fingerprint scanner with a die-cast aluminum chassis to keep your information secure.
Being able to watch first-run movies in the comfort of your home will cost you $35,000. But, it’s the small price for privilege to escape the usual crowd at the movie theater and host your own premieres at home.
