Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai is now 80 per cent completed, and so far in this project has been invested $520.000,000. It is located near the Park Hyatt in Dubai and a golf course and will have a luxurious 169 private apartments and 213 ultra-luxury apartments, furnished with Versace furniture.
Palazzo Versace flats are available for purchase and prices range from $3million to $19milion. The hotel has a, restaurants, Versace boutique, fitness center and gym, lagoon, sandy beach, waterfront pedestrian promenade, male and female day spa and salon, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The residential part is planned to be opened this month, and the hotel is scheduled to open in June next year. Since we all know that the Arabs have love, and this time they came up with something new, the hotel will have its first air beach that is designed to keep tourists cool the fierce heat 40 – 50C.
Over 100 specialists, including top stonemasons and mosaic artists from around the world have been recruited to work on the hotel, 90 percent of whom are artisans based out of the United Arab Emirates. The building exterior evokes Greco-Roman art with a Medusa porte-cochere, elegant pillars and a landscape of water fountains, reflection pools and lagoons.
