Luxury 3,384 square-foot mansion, built in 1972 sits on 1.3 acres and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a massive sliding glass door that spans from the floor to ceiling, and across the walls.

The home’s lavish living room is the centerpiece of the property with its perspective of the Pacific Ocean. A glass-enclosed balcony overlooks the water. In addition to the marvelous views, the home’s design allows for plenty of natural light to pass through.
The property also comes with a wood-finished kitchen, featured around a unique trapezoid-shaped island with a sink, and two Viking gas range ovens and a glass-tiled rectangular area.
