Sean John Combs, aka Diddy, splashed out $40 million on a newly constructed estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. His effort of looking for his dream house finally paid off, since he found a European-style manor that spans an area of 17,000 square feet. The palatial pad, built six months ago, features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The two-story main house has a huge theater with 35 seats, a wine room and a gym as well.
There is also a separate 3,000 square-foot guesthouse on the grounds and a spa house that features a steam room, massage room and private beauty salon. Not to forget a lagoon-style pool with a underwater tunnel leading to a grotto.
The $40 million price tag probably didn’t influence too much on Diddy’s bank account, since his fortune is estimated at $700 million.
