Tonino Lamborghini celebrates 30th anniversary of its Fashion and Accessories division by launching Spyder Supreme Diamond cell phone. The front case is covered with 7.8 carats of meticulously sourced American diamonds. The case back is 316L stainless steel and includes pearly white alligator-patterned leather. To top off the extravagance, Tonino Lamborghini’s Raging Bull icon is stamped in 18 carat gold on the case back. It also comes with an anti-scratch sapphire crystal screen.
The internal features of the phone include a 2.75g dual band operating capability on GSM 900 & 1800 networks, along with an external 4 GB memory support, 3.0 Megapixel camera with auto-focus, and a SOS signal button for emergencies. The display is a mini LCD screen with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, and is 2-inches in size.
Limited to 300 pieces, Spyder Supreme Diamond cell phone is available for $36,900 for pre-ordering in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing and Tianjin. There are two less expensive models available: the S-650 for $10,000 and the S-660 for $16,400. [Tonino Lamborghini]
