Table Connect – 58-inch iPhone
This is not just a mock table that imitates the iPhone look. It is actually a 58 inch table with built in capitative touch screen and hidden iDevice connector. Table Connect for iPhone is a 58-inch multitouch surface that accepts iPhone 4 connections via a 30-pin dock connector and then, the table doubles as a giant iPhone.
Because the table is a touch screen it enables you to scroll through the spring board, launch apps and even compose emails. It’s also claimed that it supports multitouch too so you should be able to pinch to zoom, and do the odd bit of photo shop express through it.
All you need to enjoy the big thing is a jailbroken iPhone. The Table Connect states that the prototype table is compatible with iOS4, iPhone 4, and iPhone 3Gs, but gives no clue as to pricing. Still, you won’t have to countdown too long as more details will be out soon enough in an upcoming video demo launch.
