Few days ago reports surfaced that Terence and Rachel Winter have listed their Beverly Hills residence, with an asking price of $7,5 million. Film and television super-producers purchased the house in February 2008 for almost $4,6 million, from the late, great Emmy-winning screenwriter, producer and Mad Libs co-creator Leonard B. Stern.
The 1920s Mediterranean residence with almost 5,700 square feet of interior space features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. According to Variety “the interior spaces are tinged with a sophisticated Art Deco vibe, and include an especially ample formal living room with barreled and coffered wood ceiling, along with a formal dining room that, due to its plethora of built-in bookshelves, does double-duty as the library.”
There’s a spacious kitchen, fitted with glossy black cabinetry, snow-white countertops and a built-in breakfast banquette which opens to a spacious great room with wet bar, temperature controlled wine room, and several sets of French doors.
Outside, you’ll find the landscaped backyard with multiple outdoor dining and lounging areas, a grassy area for kids and pets, and a gated swimming pool and spa surrounded by a flagstone sunbathing terrace.
