The Legendary Beverly House Estate – Former America’s Most Expensive Home is in a major focus once again. The former title holder for the most expensive home for sale in America which was listed for $95 million two years ago, this time fills newspaper columns as country’s most expensive rental – $600,000 per month. The well-known residence can also be purchased for $115 million.
The home which has been in several movies including The Godfather, The Jerk and The Bodyguard is located 3 blocks north of the Beverly Hills Hotel on approx 6.25 acres of land and approx 75,000 sf of living space of all structures. Built of terra-cotta stucco, the H-shaped residence exhibits a perfect combination of Spanish and Italian style.
