Few months ago Gresso unveiled its first Android based smartphone coated in titanium. Now, Gresso Radical got its companion coated in black. As its predecessor, The Gresso Radical Black Edition is also based on the OS Android 4.1.2 operating system. It’s case is also developed from a single, solid, Grade 5 titanium plate that is milled by high-tech machines for eight hours, and thenhand-polished, in a single direction, for over 4 hours until its signature sheen is achieved. But, what’s different is that its body is then dressed in black. The PVD coating is a pure, environmentally friendly, solid coating, that is applied uniformly at extreme temperatures.
For the first time in the manufacturing of smartphones, the sensor keys are also executed with titanium and PVD finished. The rich, black, satined, finish provides the Radical Black superior protection against scratches and bestows its distinct and provocative appeal.
Also, the Gresso logo is attached onto the front panel and is available in the consumers choice of high polished titanium, yellow or white 18k gold.
The Gresso Radical Black Edition is limited to only 100 pieces and will be available for purchase on May 14th, 2014 on the official Gresso website. The base model is available at a $2,500.
