Technically a cheeseburger, but this is the most expensive hamburger in the world according to the Guinness Book Of World Records and it is about to take a massive bite out of your bank account. The creation of Nederland chef Diego Buik is pretty much topped with the most expensive ingredients to ever grace the Earth. This applies to Japanese dry-aged Wagyu beef, Oosterschelde lobster (infused with Dutch Hermit gin), Foie gras, white truffle, Remeker cheese, Japanese fruit tomatoes and caviar on a brioche bun made with saffron and covered in gold leaf.
If you want to try the most expensive hamburger on this planet (for now), then head to the “South of Houston” a restaurant in the Hague, Netherlands and be ready to splash out $2,300 on it.
